A question about MY SPACE....?

ok I am thinking that people here will def be able to answer this question for me. Ok so i am very aware of my space been to it a few times etc.. but I don't get it... i'm usually into kewl sites and understand the attraction.. but i am not following the myspace thing... i know that its like a social networking site.. like you list a page showing and telling who you are.. so is it just like a blog space? how do you end up making friends thru it? are these Cyber friends only or do they become real friends? how do u meet people on it? How do u find people? can u search by city or region or zip code? Fill me in , help me understand what the major attraction is.. thanks.....

A question about MY SPACE....?
Well basically, I hate to admit it, but I'm hooked to Myspace. I've been addicted to Myspace since it first started when I was in the seventh grade. I guess there are a lot of different things that people are attracted to.



1. You expressing yourself. Your pictures, song, and especially profile, all expressing you. You can show everyone who you are, what you love, what you hate, etc. You can be whoever you want to be. Even if you are the most shy person in the world, you are free to express yourself through your computer, and show people who you really are and what you really stand for.

2. Looking at other's profiles. You can look at your friend's profiles and find out a lot about them. You can read their comments and see who they have been talking to, find out gossip, figure out who's dating who, etc.

3. Meeting people you don't know. It's fairly easy to find people you don't know that you can form relationships with through Myspace. The easiest way is to find a popular layout site, and start adding their friends. They usually have a ton of them. Then you can probably find people who will 'w4w' or 's4s' with you, which basically means they post a bulletin on their Myspace telling all of their friends to add you, and you do the same for them. Then people will friend request you and you can comment their pictures and start talking to them.
myspace is a site where you meet people from everywhere, althugh you might not like randoms from like some other country which is like the other side of the world from you, you either make a site and add all your friends, or add other people and you can interact with people from all over the country, i love myspace its a great interacting website and you upload pictures, talk about yourself, talk to people and its just like any other website like bebo, facebook!
