Getting someone's AOL password?

My AOL password was stolen and changed to a new password that said "Hacked"... I found this out by talking to one of the America Online reps. I think this was a personal hack, by someone I know. Is there anyway the rep can tell me the zip code or city that the IP address that hacked my account came from? Getting someone's AOL password?
They SHOULD be able to tell you thier ip address, especially if they sent an email from your account.
