They are asking for EVERY SINGLE piece of data they need in order to STEAL YOUR IDENTITY - and all in the SAME e-mail!!!



Whoever wrote this is a TOTAL moron - but all it takes is ONE sucker to keep them sending messages like this :(:(:(:(
