We are a local couple who buy houses in the Sacraemento area. We are looking for 2 to 3 people to call "For Sale By Owner" advertisements online, offline and from FSBO yard signs; then complete our simple property information sheet. We pay per completed information sheet, which should take approximately 5 minutes each.



Qualifications are:

1. Able to speak clear English

2. Be communicable

3. Like talking to people (about their houses for sale)

4. Able to turn in a minimal performance per week (at least 10 completed sheets)

5. Be able to search online and offline for "For Sale By Owner" ads, and keep track of those you called for future weeks.

This is one of the techniques Robert Allen recommends in his "One Minute Millionaire": http://www.amazon.com/One-Minute-Million鈥?/a> They may simply be real estate investors trying to get lots of leads. They'll attempt to cut deals with the owners.



If it were a scam, you'd expect the money to be outrageous. Sounds like they're paying $10 or less a form.



Don't front them any money. They say they pay per sheet so if you turn the first one in and you don't get paid, you haven't lost much.



Or read the book and see if you've got the guts to do what they're doing!
