100% scam.

There is no job.

There is only a scammer trying to steal your hard-earned money and maybe your freedom.

The scammer wants you to accept packages purchased with stolen credit cards and reship them to him. When the credit card owners discover the unauthorized charges, the online stores and the shipping companies realize the packages went to your address, you get the real life job of paying everyone back with your hard-earned money. Then the local law enforcement organization comes knocking asking you why you are fencing stolen merchandise for someone you have never met and have absolutely no idea where he is or what his real life name is.

Now that you have responded to a scammer, you are on his 'potential sucker' list, he will try again to separate you from your cash. He will send you more emails from his other free email addresses using another of his fake names with all kinds of stories of great jobs, lottery winnings, millions in the bank and desperate, lonely, sexy singles. He will sell your email address to all his scamming buddies who will also send you dozens of fake emails all with the exact same goal, you sending them your cash via Western Union or moneygram.

Do you know how to check the header of a received email? If not, you could google for information. Being able to read the header to determine the geographic location an email originated from will help you weed out the most obvious scams and scammers. Then delete and block that scammer. Don't bother to tell him that you know he is a scammer, it isn't worth your effort. He has one job in life, convincing victims to send him their hard-earned cash.

Whenever suspicious or just plain curious, google everything, website addresses, names used, companies mentioned, phone numbers given, all email addresses, even sentences from the emails as you might be unpleasantly surprised at what you find already posted online. You can also post/ask here and every scam-warner-anti-fraud-busting site you can find before taking a chance and losing money to a scammer.

6 "Rules to follow" to avoid most fake jobs:

1) Job asks you to use your personal bank account and/or open a new one.

2) Job asks you to print/mail/cash a check or money order.

3) Job asks you to use Western Union or moneygram in any capacity.

4) Job asks you to accept packages and re-ship them on to anyone.

5) Job asks you to pay visas, travel fees via Western Union or moneygram.

6) Job asks you to sign up for a credit reporting or identity verification site.

Avoiding all jobs that mention any of the above listed 'red flags' and you will miss nearly all fake jobs. Only scammers ask you to do any of the above. No. Exceptions. Ever. For any reason.
Hmmmm....it kind of does. I wouldn't reply.Does this sound like a scam?
F!ck yes!!!! He is gonna stalk youu spam him outtDoes this sound like a scam?
It's called a reshipping scam and you will be arrested as those packages they are sending you are bought with stolen credit cards. Since they were delivered to your home and you sent them overseas to a third party you are guilty of fencing stolen merchandise

When a friend's credit card number was stolen and $3000 worth of electronics was ordered with her card, the police arrested the man whose house they were sent to. He claimed he was just doing his job as a personal assistant and even showed emails to that effect, but the jury did not believe he could be so stupid not to know that this was illegal as it's been reported in the news over the past 8 years - and he's now serving an 18 month prison sentence

It's pretty fishy... I'm 99% sure it's a scam.
Most of the time they have a lot of typos and grammar mistakes, which this one does.

So don't send that person anything, ok? XD

Edit: To 'peanut 2' who doesn't think you're giving personal information--You are!
He's asking all the works here: Name, address, phone, photo, BANK NAME?? Identity theft, much?
Of COURSE it is a scam. They won't ask much right now - but they want your BANK account info FIRST. What do you think they will do with that? Do you have ANY idea how easy it is to steal a person's identity, especially with a PHOTO to put on a photo ID? Why do they need your photo?

Sorry, run away, run far, FAR away.
100% scam. You'll be paid with fake checks and asked to send most of the proceeds on via Western Union once the check appears to clear. The packages you would be forwarding will have been paid for with stolen credit card details. You would be the only person arrested when the fraud is spotted.
It seems to have been written by two different people. Compare "except for the form you will fill below cos i need a perfect person for these position" with the rest of the email.
HECK NO do not fall for this come on your bank name please! no please do not give any details out unless its fake
Yes it is a scam.

1. david Cole %26lt;prkinvestiment@gmail.com%26gt;, no ligit company would use a free email service.
2. "am" no professional person would use "am" instead of I am
3 "cos" really do I need to say more?
