A question about my space....?

ok I am thinking that people here will def be able to answer this question for me. Ok so i am very aware of my space been to it a few times etc.. but I don't get it... i'm usually into kewl sites and understand the attraction.. but i am not following the myspace thing... i know that its like a social networking site.. like you list a page showing and telling who you are.. so is it just like a blog space? how do you end up making friends thru it? are these Cyber friends only or do they become real friends? how do u meet people on it? How do u find people? can u search by city or region or zip code? Fill me in , help me understand what the major attraction is.. thanks.....A question about my space....?
I have a profile on MySpace. I mostly go there to try to meet new people from chatting in the chatrooms, posting and replying to forums, etc



MySpace is mainly just a place with people over 14 to hang out and make friends.



Checkout my profile on MySpace and you will notice I talk more there rather then trying to make my profile look like a webpage.
Most of these people are cyber friends..and some of them might be people you went to school with. You can become real friends with the person or maybe even develop a relationship with them.

You find people by going onto the top of the page..it should be a box that says friends..DO NOT CLICK ON IT! But just scroll down to it till you see find friends..

You type in a name and it should appear.

It's a social network to talk to friends, post pictures, and write about yourself. You can find friends you know on there or add people you don't know. Meeting them is entirely up to you, but not very safe. I wouldn't suggest adding people you're unsure of. It's just a social network, simple as that.A question about my space....?

myspace is bitchin lol i love it. its a social network you have info about yourself, blogs, games, friends pictures. You can create your own profile where you can add games or music or pictures or almost anything you can think of. Most of your myspace friends will be people you go to school with or people you know. Very close friends. Well to search people you will click the browse people button and at the top of the screen will be a list of criteria. You can also search for a frieind if you have one in mind.

Once your on it a for a few weeks it will just click and will be very easy to use
