I live in zip 27606 (Raleigh) in NC and I plan to move to 19341(Exton) in PA Are used cars cheaper in NC or PA near the zip codes mentioned above? I am looking for a decent car less than 7,000 dollars and the mileage would be around 50,000. I am short 4'11" so I want a car convenient for me so that I am able to adjust the seat properly and so the airbags will not be harmful when they are inflated.
Which place PA or NC would be cheaper to buy an SUV within the specified price and mileage range if that is possible? Automatic is a must and preferably 4 cylinders. Your answers will be appreciated. Are used cars cheaper in Raleigh NC or Philadelphia/Exton PA and other locations near by those cities?

I bought my Honda Accord for just $2250 with a milage of 5,270!
And it's been already a year I'm riding my car and it's still doing well! I've recommended it to my friends and all of them are enjoying their used cars and have no problem with it!Are used cars cheaper in Raleigh NC or Philadelphia/Exton PA and other locations near by those cities?
Cars are cheaper in Raleigh I imagine. Go to autotrader dot com or some website like that to compare prices. However, if your moving to Philly you might want to consider buying up there because there are other things to consider (you will NEED an alarm system in your car, and a car with traction control for driving in ice and snow since the city doesn't shut down when it snows, lol.)
