Would a letter with a wrong city but right zip code still be mailed to the correct address?

The cities are only about 10 miles away from each other. Also the "city" that was written on the letter is only a couple houses by each other. So would the letter arrive at the correct destination?Would a letter with a wrong city but right zip code still be mailed to the correct address?
Yes, probably. They usually go by the zip code.Would a letter with a wrong city but right zip code still be mailed to the correct address?
Unlikely. Zip code is not primary. The address is. One could write a wrong zip code but a wrong city is much less probable.
