What exists that allows searching of a city's commercial office space w/i a range of square footage?

in a nutshell, we need to know how much commercial office bldg sq ft there is in various cities in the US but only for sites %26gt; 10k sq ft and %26lt; 150k sq ft. Would like to to filter by city, msa, csa, zip code, county, or all of these. US Census can do this--thats its one good feature--but it includes residential services and other service segments we dont entertain as well as including all sizes, rather than allowing marginal reports.What exists that allows searching of a city's commercial office space w/i a range of square footage?
You are asking a very expensive question. There are a few places you get get that information but they all cost money. These are commercial real estate data bases that you can subscribe to. Black's Guide, CoStar, and possibility LoopNet. LoopNet probably is the cheapest one. CoStar annual membership can be as high as $75,000 a year.
