I downloaded a new version of Messenger and can only add cities in the United States by zip code and foreign cities do not have zip codes. It does not have an "Edit" button like my older version, where I could add using the city name.How can I add Jerusalem, Israel, to my Weather Plug In on Yahoo Messenger?
I don't know, but why don't you try downloading Yahoo Widgets?
I have the Weather Widget on my desktop and have locations in the US and in Colombia selected. You can put international cities in there.
