Does anyone know if the 4th digit in Chinese zip codes actually refers to the Prefecture or Prefecture city? That seems like a large area immediately followed by the post office code (digits 5 %26amp; 6). Is it not city or county that it refers to?Curious about Chinese zip codes...?
normally the first 2 digits is for the main city of the province, the 3rd digit is for secondary cities, and the last 3 is for local post office of that area
