There are many local websites that show the numbers of stolen cars. Some even break it down by area within the city or the county. However, what you want only exists as an overall statistic probably only available internally. You'd also have to differentiate between recovered and returned to the owner and recovered and moved to an impound yard. Call your local police station and make inquiries, they can probably assist you.
