I have sent two mails to Germany by USPS. But i didn't know that Germany need the zip code, so I only send with address without zip code. Could anyone tell me if it's ok to send without zip code to Germany? Will the German office send the mails back to me? And do I have to pay extra for returning my mail? Thank you very much!Is it ok if I sent mails without zip code of the city to Germany?
