Is there a source for finding the # of registered voters within an area of Los Angeles?

I am trying to find out how I can determine the number of registered voters within a local district of the city of Los Angeles. Does anyone have a source where I can look up statistics on the number and/or percent of registered voters by zip code or some other geographic boundary?Is there a source for finding the # of registered voters within an area of Los Angeles?
